Our founder's passion for cars started in childhood, growing up right next door to a bustling auto shop. That childhood curiosity quickly grew into a lifelong calling. To back up his passion with technical expertise, he pursued formal automotive schooling — but his real breakthrough came from a mentor, an uncle's friend, who challenged him to completely remove an engine and rebuild it piece by piece.
After mastering high-performance vehicle repairs at an Oakland auto shop at a young age, he spent over 25 years working the floor at one of the largest limousine repair shops in the Bay Area. There, he mastered every facet of the business — from brakes and electrical systems to suspensions and complex transmissions.
Today, he brings that elite, quarter-century of expertise — and a big heart — to Francis Road Service, treating every customer's car like his very own.
